Suitable for those new to negotiating as well as those with some experience who wish to refresh and increase their existing knowledge and techniques, the Effecting Negotiation Skills course is a practical 2-day workshop aimed at those involved in negotiations with both internal and external customers, as well as complainants.

Objectives: By the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • Use a proven model to move through the stages of negotiation to work towards a win-win situation every time
  • Explain the different styles of negotiating
  • Establish both their and the other party's bargaining positions
  • Effectively close and confirm the negotiation
